ADVANCE BOOKING
Book well in advance, Linn House is incredibly popular and fills up quickly! We recommend organisers book three months in advance

VISIT CONFIRMATION
Within a couple of days of booking you will receive a call from our Linn House team to discuss your requirements and confirm your bespoke itinerary and booking.

COSTS
Accommodating up to 12 guests in six rooms, the property is available at £9,600. Alternatively, the full house reservation grants access to all 12 rooms and accommodation. Linn House is available for exclusive use for a two night minimum stays for £19,200. Both of these include a two night stay with breakfast and three course seasonal dinner or Scottish dinner with wine selection, an ‘exploration’ drink package, and a bottle of Linn House Reserve whisky for each guest. A minimum two-night stay applies for all bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
3 months – 25% / 1 month – 50% / 1 week – 100%

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
We recommend that you arrive to Linn House Friday afternoon and depart Sunday morning. If flying from overseas the recommended airports to arrive into are Aberdeen or Inverness airport.
